History
Faleti Medical Centre (FMC) is currently situated at 98 Baale street, new road B/Stop, Olodi Apapa at Ajeromi/Ifelodun Local Government Area of the State popularly known as Lagos. The hospital commenced provision of medical services to the public in August 1998 at 204-kirikiri road, trinity bus stop, olodi apapa lagos, but officially opened on 5th September 1998. It is accredited by the NHIS to carry out business of provision of Health to corporate organizations, private individuals, public and civil servants and to participate in the National Health Insurance scheme (NHIS). FMC provides both out- patient and in-patient services, with a total admission of over 20 beds serving both adults and children. It provides general medical services and comprises of the following clinics- Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Surgical, Medical, Family Planning, infant and young child Welfare (Immunization), TB/ HIV CARE CENTRE. It also provides other services such as Medical laboratory, Ultrasound and ECG. The facility has also been providing Direct observation treatment (DOT) for Tuberculosis.
